The Dispatcher is a voice heard in The Blackout Club (game).

The Dispatcher is an unknown female adult working for the enemies. She alerts all Lucids and Sleepers to the sins committed by the Kids during their nightly missions.

The Dispatcher merely exists as an audio cue to the Kids, letting them know if the enemies are aware of their presence. When enough reports come in, the Dispatcher will "inform the Voice" ("the Voice" being SPEAK-AS-ONE) as a warning that the Shape will spawn soon.

- The Dispatcher used to be heard much more by TBC members in missions in early Closed Beta builds. Due to the number of messages players would hear, the Dispatchers' lines were reduced in frequency as to not overwhelm or confuse players.
