Lower West Hoadly is one of the areas in Redacre available for selection in the region map. It is only available to players Level 4 or higher.
Description[ | ]
This is the second section of the map that opens to players who reach level 4. There is a series of family homes here, nestled against a public park maintained by CHORUS Communities. Lower West Hoadly is nestled between Lower East Hoadly at 98th Avenue and Old Growth (Region) at the top of the cliffs at the top of the curve. This section of the map includes houses #1001, #1003, and #1005. There are unique features to this section of the map which includes the fire pit, patio behind #1001, and Animal Control trucks on the street.
There have been rumors of monsters lurking in the woods in the public park, amusing locals and children for years despite there being no real threat. The neighborhood has been rated the safest in Virginia.

- There's a small metal sheet tent located near the the first spawn point behind #1001 Hoadly. In the tent, there is always a Supply Crate with items inside.
