Maligras come across as a firm, commanding, and charismatic person. He is confident enough to write a letter to the local school and possesses enough confidence and charisma to campaign to become Redacre's next mayor.
Biography
Early Life
Maligras Quiora was a student at the local school in Redacre and like many of their peers, stayed in Redacre. At some point he wrote a letter complaining about the lack of technology in Redacre's School district budget, arguing that the school should prepare them with the instruments of success of the modern world despite the limitations of living within the National Radio Quiet Zone.
Game
Maligras Quiora doesn't appear directly in the game, however his campaign's signs are used for the Yard Signs objective in Disrupt missions. His house, #1001 Hoadly, also contains several posters, yard signs, and campaign buttons in the upstairs office.
