TMC in the alliance, Hunters name, and their Challenge. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to say any more, the topic quickly evolved into one about the alliance and we leaned into that topic. She also notes that the hunter is horrible greedy, but that he is also getting much stronger.
IHT: I understand that I am being asked to join the alliance. And what do you believe, the two of you?
Red: I think at this point we need to do what we can stop him because he’s already powerful enough as is, we don’t need him getting him more powerful.
IHT: And what assurances do we have that the creator of the lie isn’t gathering power for his own purposes.
Red: I don’t know
Krystal: We don’t really have evidence of him telling the whole truth or not. We do know that the club gathered up a lot of footage that the hunter betrayed TiD when he still had a voice. He dared TiD to break the symbol in the attic and old TiD hated him for it, saying he’d hunt him down. Which at the very least the alliance is focused on the hunter and if they are going to hunt him down then perhaps joining them you will in turn find a way to kill the hunter. Thus learning how to do it to the rest of them.
IHT: Kirby, after much consideration, after speaking to all my followers and those who follow TiD I’m unconvinced. You all have known him for a fraction of a millisecond of his life. You can’t know what he’s capable of, the lies and the twisted truths. I need assurances from TiD himself, concrete proof that he has changed. I seek to stop the hunter, I seek the pushback of the darkness, but I must know he seeks the same. I deal in truths, in one inevitable truth. His lies, the subversion of everything I stand for. Unless...Unless he can prove the truth.
Krystal: I can-

IHT: I believe you. You’re brave, you are resourceful, I know if there are answers to be found, you will find them.
Krystal: Thank you...I’ve only been pushing this as much as I have because maybe it is a lie. Maybe it’s all a lie, but I try and give people, and I suppose voices, the benefit of the doubt. When I spoke to him some time ago and he said he’d offer himself to you it seems that, as if he had accepted death I guess if that makes sense. I guess in turn, in a way he has been learning or has changed a little bit.
IHT: You see the best in others kirby, you hope they see the best in you. It is a good trait in one of your kind. In my kind, it can be dangerous. But I understand why you ask me this, and I know that as I said if there is concrete proof, you two and others...you can find it. It was good to chat with you two. Thank you.

Krystal is determined to find this truth, this assurance IHT wishes for. Too nervous to tell her, their reasoning is also much more selfish than they let on. They don’t want to see their god killed at the hands of the hunter, that’s why they want her in the alliance. Krystal goes to the table after this and sends a light to TiD.
"Nothing you're doing seems to be enough for her. Even after your sacrificial deal, it wasn't enough. I assume IHT believes even that was perhaps a lie. She wants 100%, concrete proof that you are changed, and are trustworthy directly from you. What could she want from you that could convince her, what do you have left to show her followers that they can tell her. I will wait as long as I have to for an answer. Her patience is also my own."
